Our Philosophy
IKIGAI
Our business philosophy is based on the Japanese term IKIGAI, which is the combination of two words: IKURI (to live) and KAI (the realization of what you expect) together means “the idea of having a purpose in life”. The objective of the Ikigai is to get rid of the voracious individualism that invades us and to think about the whole.
For this reason, at Inversiones Ikigai we encourage our collaborators to pay full attention to the processes assigned to each of them, not to fear decision-making, direct their efforts to improve themselves and in this way enhance the image of our company, promote a pleasant work environment, understand the fact that the important must go ahead of the urgent, get out of the comfort zone as a way of growth and above all discover what we are passionate about, what we love and do it as a way to obtain the most favorable results for the company, its suppliers and its internal and external clients.
